Smith School of Business at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. Kyle's primary research focuses on employee ideas and team dynamics. In particular, Kyle is interested in how organizations and leaders can motivate employees to speak up at work and how to design and lead highly effective teams. Kyle's secondary interests include thriving from adversity, diversity/inclusion, and organizational culture. Kyle's research has been presented at various international conferences, including the Academy of Management (AOM), Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and International Association of Conflict Management (IACM). As part of his research, Kyle has worked with a number of organizations to diagnose and improve their human capital challenges. Kyle is also a co-founder of Talentfit.me, a recruitment platform that helps companies hire employees based on culture-fit. 0Prior to graduate school, Kyle graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business and worked as a Sales Analyst at General Mills Canada. Overall, Kyle aspires to unlock knowledge, strategies, training, and policies that can help promote employee well-being, while simultaneously driving organizational effectiveness.
